1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. - Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. - Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 within the United States.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
- International Shipping: At this time, we currently offer shipping only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping services to other countries in the future.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
If you haven’t received your tracking number or your order is delayed, please contact us at support@goosecerekcandles.my, and we will assist you promptly.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, for expedited shipping, a physical address is required.
- International Shipments: Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Goose Cerek Candles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a shipping option with tracking and insurance if you are concerned about the possibility of a lost or stolen package.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@goosecerekcandles.my. We will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please keep the original packaging and product as we may need it for insurance claims or carrier investigations.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Goose Cerek Candles is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@goosecerekcandles.my, and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
