Return Policy
At Goose Cerek Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for more information on how to proceed with returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any seals or labels intact.
Please note that wax melts are a consumable product and cannot be returned once opened or used. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@goosecerekcandles.my with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please include a brief description of the issue (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions for returning your item.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Be sure to include all parts, tags, and receipts if applicable.
- Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened wax melts or any consumable products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- If your item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact our customer service team at support@goosecerekcandles.my. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you are exchanging for an item of a different value, we will either issue a partial refund or require an additional payment.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective products, please contact us immediately at support@goosecerekcandles.my. We will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement for the damaged item.
- Cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you can still return the product for a refund once it arrives, following our return process.
